Hi my dear baby,
I know this is the first time I'm writing something to/for you. Yes baby, this is the first time we found out that we were having you . the date was 30th May 2015 and we were off to spend a BBQ evening with Iain, Jeny and Neil in Edinburgh. We started out around at 1-ish from the house and Mom and Dad did not have anything to eat. So we stopped at a McDonalds on the way and mom had a fish burger with a drink and dad had something to eat (must ask him; but I'm sure he wouldn't know either). Then we started to drive again. In the travel mummy was feeling very un-easy - just didn't know why but I wasn't my usual self. I kept wisting and turning but I was very happy from within that we were going for a BBQ party which was my first of a kind; and it turned out it was with my baby and ofc with daddy. As soon as we entered EBR, daddy was adamant to take a de-tour and visit a car showroom and take a test drive before going to Iain's house. Pushed by his requests, mommy unwillingly agreed to do it. We stopped at a showroom (God knows which company it was), and daddy like usual took a test drive. After which, we got back on our car and continued the journey, in which time mommy felt giddy and puke-ish. But since it was the first time, mommy had no clue that she was pregnant. We then reach Jeny's house and and mommy said to Jeny that she wasn't feeling well. Actually I was super hungry and could have started eating almost immediately but to her disappointment Iain had just bought a new BBQ m/c and had just got coal on it and started the fire. Jeny gave mommy some candy and soon after I had that, mommy was her usual self. mommy and daddy had an awesome time at the party and headed back home around 9ish. On the way back againg mommy started to feel sick and again we made a stop and Mc Donalds, bought a frappichino. Mommy twisted , turned and complained while daddy just kept comforting and driving. We finally reached home which felt like ages but it was he fastest we have ever travelled to/from EBR/GL. We then had a goodnight's sleep!
Next Day - 31/05/2015
Mommy starting feeling sore in her breasts and and her breasts being heavy.
Monday - 01/06/2015
Mommy was not feeling any better. The symptoms were the same. Her breasts were sore and heavy. And do you know what Mommy did....Mommy asked daddy to buy a pregnancy test kit for her...
Daddy true to his promise made to Mommy got the test kit on his way home but asked mommy not to take the test until the weekend. For if the results were not very good, our whole work week would be on a declining curve. And mommy agreed.
